There is a 30 day return window for unopened, and unused hair from the order date. To be
eligible for a return, the hair must be in the same condition it was received in with its original
packaging. Hair must be unused, unopened, and the elastic must be intact still holding the
bundles together. If the product has been opened or used, it will be sent back to the customer.

 

At this time, we do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns, all return shipping is the
responsibility of the customer.

 

To Start a return, complete all the required sections in the return form below.

Once your return form is submitted and approved, we will email you confirmation with the
address to mail the return back via a carrier of your choice. Please do not fold the packaging,
and make sure to ship back the hair in its original packaging it was shipped in to retain its

natural shape.

Once we have received your return, it takes up to two business days to process. There will be
an inspection on the returned hair and we will notify you via email that we have received your
return. We will process a refund to the original payment method that was used. The refund can

take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account.
